ABOUT TIM PARR
With more than 30 years experience delivering creative communications and campaigns, I’m enthusiastic about the role that imaginative strategic and engagement programmes can play for businesses and organisations going through transformation. I believe that genuine change is driven from a real connection with purpose and an understanding of how defining and expressing authentic ways of working helps realise that purpose. I enjoy helping bring the organisational story and strategy to life, making it meaningful for everyone. Most recently I’ve been working with Royal DSM, helping develop a culture compass to navigate a period of change and to deliver a \'ground-up\' storytelling movement designed to re-connect people to purpose, and each other. Co-op, National Grid, RICS, British Land, WWF, Quilter plc and Anglian Water are just a few of the clients I’ve been proud to work with. Many of these have been long-term relationships. And some favourites include: Creating National Grid’s first Social Purpose report Helping public confidence add up for Merseyside Police Launching Floodline Scotland Delivering British Land’s Corporate Responsibility Reporting for six years Ten years of customer and employee communications for United Utilities Helping rebrand Midland Bank to HSBC Wayfinding landmark developments in Dublin Helping Anglian Water customers keep their pipes cosy Developing an all-employee interactive session for The Crown Estate Helping Barratt Developments identify and communicate ‘what really matters’ Working with CISL on their 10 year plan for ‘Rewiring the economy’ Helping Co-op imagine and realise a series of immersive events for colleagues
