Takes responsibility for the definition, governance, and control of medium-scale (up to 150 technical man day’s effort) IT projects, using the agreed formal Project Management methodology.\\\\n• Ensures day-to-day Management of Team activities and managing the resources aligned with the project plan.\\\\n• Manages actual and forecasted budget and tracks benefits realization throughout the project.\\\\n• Identifies, quantifies, and manages risks to the success of the project, and reports against these in a Risk Management and Exception Plan. Coordinates the development of countermeasures and contingency plans.\\\\n• Creates appropriate project schedules and resource allocation plans using the agreed tool, Work Front.\\\\n• Ensures full lifecycle of all Technical Project Delivery\\\\n• Ensures that realistic project plans and status reports are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as required.\\\\n• Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale, and quality metrics.\\\\n• Provides effective leadership to the project team and take appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.\\\\n• Identifies ineffective technology or business processes that are called upon in the project lifecycle, and provides remediation recommendations to the Process or Functional Manager\\\\n• Creates business readiness plan, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and engagement activities), and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the \'business-as-usual environment.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
