ABOUT TIM WYSOCKI

I help insightsoftware’s ERP Reporting & BI business unit turn strategy into revenue. Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, I orchestrate go-to-market execution for a 19-product portfolio spanning four technology pillars (Oracle & Commercial ERPs, SAP, Microsoft, and xP & A/BI). My mandate is clear: hit aggressive sales targets, accelerate ARR growth, and fortify retention—while building repeatable processes that let the team scale faster. What I’m focused on today- Driving cross-functional “must-win” programs that expand pipeline (ABC) and close deals faster- Identifying and mitigating churn risk early, with data-driven retention playbooks- Standardizing pricing, packaging, and commercial motions so each product can grow without friction- Streamlining operating mechanisms across product, sales, marketing, CS, finance, and M&A to keep everyone rowing in the same direction. Where I’ve come from: Previously, as Product Growth & Product Operations Leader, I owned user acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention across our BI portfolio. I led pricing & packaging strategy, oversaw post-merger product integrations, and ran growth-hacking experiments that sharpened our PLG muscle. I now advise the company’s flagship PLG initiatives while focusing day-to-day on BU-level execution. How I work- Builder’s mindset: I thrive at the 0→1→∞ stages, creating frameworks that survive scale- Data before opinion: decisions start with metrics, modelled out to business impact- Cross-functional glue: I translate between Product, GTM, and Finance so strategy hits the P&L. When I’m not optimizing ARR curves, you’ll find me exploring AI & Web3 innovations, analyzing Formula 1 telemetry, or chasing birdies on the golf course.
