As Contracts Manager for the Growth Catalyst Group of Companies I coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Technology, and Legal teams and Customers of Archway, Advatix Inc. and XPDEL to draft, negotiate terms (i.e NDAs, SOW, MSAs, SaaS Agreements, It Agreements, vendor contracts, Real Estate Agreements, etc) and manage company commercial contracts. I also work collaboratively with the teams as needed to ensure that all relevant projects and objectives are executed and completed to expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Work with the executive leadership team to understand services, products offered, and the company’s strategic objectives to ensure contracts effectively represent the goal of the company and support the desired outcomes of projects and partnerships. • Collaborate with Legal firms to draft, maintain, and update contract templates, implement best practices, support filings, and compliance to support business evolution. • Enable Sales and other internal teams to win contracts by providing contracting and contract management services, addressing legal and business questions, and providing guidance as well as practical solutions. • Design, implement, and follow department processes to maintain transparency of legal review/negotiation for internal clients and track the status of current contracts. • Support the company and its affiliates\' filings for permits, certifications, and compliance needs. • Identify risks and efficiently communicate those risks to appropriate internal decision-makers for discussion and resolution.
