ABOUT TIM MURRAY

The core of my role is working with my clients to deliver transformational change programmes that make them better at what they do and add many millions of pounds of improvement to their businesses.Having worked across a number of industries, including chemicals, defence and healthcare, I’ve found my home within the grocery sector. My clients include major grocery retailers as well as some of the UK’s largest food manufacturing businesses and FMCG companies. Whilst the majority of my work is within the four walls of an organisation – as this is where most the opportunity to improve is found – I’ve also worked on some fascinating, collaborative, end-to-end projects involving both the retailer and the supplier. Examples of my work include:• leading an improvement programme with one of the UK\'s most forward thinking manufacturing companies to double the output of their flagship product resulting in a 20% increase in the group\'s profits• leading a programme within a major UK supermarket to reduce on shelf availability losses by over 20% through improvements in the supply chain, distribution and retail functions as well as training a workforce of over shop floor colleaguesThrough my career I’ve helped more than 20 businesses release their true potential and I look forward to helping many more.
