I’m a strategic learning and development leader with a strong track record of designing transformative leadership programs and convening world-class learning experiences for mid-level and senior executives. My work bridges business strategy, talent development, and immersive design — helping organizations equip their leaders to thrive in a complex, rapidly evolving world.At USC Marshall School of Business, I’ve partnered with senior HR and business executives to co-create custom leadership programs for global organizations — and continue to serve for the past four years as program lead on the USC side for the Irresistible Conference, in partnership with the Josh Bersin Company, a flagship experience for 450+ CHROs and senior HR leaders.I bring an “anything is possible” mindset to every initiative — often building partnerships where none previously existed to unlock meaningful, business-aligned learning experiences. Whether it\'s facilitating access to executive leaders, curating immersive site visits, or shaping new ecosystems of learning, I thrive at the intersection of relationship-building and innovation.I approach my work with a belief that learning should be bold, human-centered, and deeply relevant to the challenges leaders face today.
