I head up the Corporate South West team based out of the Cheltenham office.I have undertaken a vast range of work, I advise owners on the sale of their businesses, serial acquirers and also act for private equity houses Ethos and Scale Up and therefore can support management teams and sellers selling to private equity or trade. I have supported businesses on their growth plans and investment rounds and understand the EIS and SEIS tax framework. I have also supported companies in AIM floats and takeovers and understand the capital markets regime. Recently I have led the firm on advising businesses transitioning to an Employee Ownership Trust structure and enjoy this aspect immensely having worked with over 10 companies.I also lead on employee incentives, EMI option schemes, growth shares and work with businesses keen to align shareholder and management interests.
