ABOUT TIM SAVILLE

Tim has 35 years experience working in the construction, engineering, maintenance and administrative sectors of the utility industry, including more than 33 years dedicated to the hydroelectric industry in Ontario, Canada and the USA. He has major strengths in the rigorous application of project management methodologies to project planning, execution, and control. He has excellent communication skills and is capable of dealing with people at all levels of an organization. Accomplished and business minded, he has a successful track record as owner representative for construction, equipment maintenance and administrative projects, he maintains a focus on corporate needs, provides environmentally friendly solutions and regards safety above all.His project experience includes development of new hydroelectric generating facilities, fish passage design projects, engineering inspections, evaluations, and design of maintenance and rehabilitation solutions for large and small hydroelectric facilities, project management, development and rescue of single and multi-disciplined projects in construction and administrative projects.He has administrative experience in senior roles of the Project Management Office, including project troubleshooting, strategic alliance contract management, mentoring, asset management programming and process and procedure development.Tim has a deep commitment to people and teams, with strong leadership and results-oriented solutions that contribute to the completion of successful projects providing his clients with high levels of satisfaction.
