Administer and maintain enterprise-wide security platforms including the Microsoft Defender suite & Mimecast SEG • Conduct hands-on administration and tuning of security tools used by both Security Engineering and SOC teams to detect, respond to, and prevent cyber threats• Contribute to the design and implementation of robust security architecture and services, aligning technical solutions with organizational risk posture and strategic objectives• Participate in complex troubleshooting sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve security tool issues, policy misconfigurations, and infrastructure anomalies• Collaborate with internal teams & third parties security partners, including Project Management and Change Control, to deploy new security solutions and implement upgrades/enhancements to existing systems• Partner with GRC teams to conduct technical security risk reviews, supporting third-party and SaaS-based technology evaluations
