This includes Workspace, Applications, Unified Communications, Data Centre, Cloud, Consulting, Partner Technology, Managed Services and Security• Creating & managing incoming request from both end users & internal account managers for the UK, Europe and sometimes Worldwide. Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints & establish best practices through the entire quoting process, even if this is pre or post sales.• Working with our top vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Microsoft & VMware for example) to make sure we achieve the goals of our clients but also to maximise the vendors support• Using my previous Cisco experience to manage not only Cisco services renewals but also using CCW to create customer BOMs and then engage with Cisco to ensure our clients get the best possible discounts.• Working closely with our Vendors and of course our Distribution partners in the UK & Europe to achieve the best price & availability for our clients & ensuring the best customer outcomes
