ABOUT TIM VOLLMER
I started my professional career with Bayer in Germany. I gained excellent time management skills as I was working at Bayer in a management trainee program while I completed my undergraduate degree. I have been in a number of different roles at Bayer and Covestro which has allowed me to develop a broad foundation of business knowledge, including doing business on three different continents. I was given the opportunity to work in Hong Kong for Covestro, supporting the regional Asia Pacific management team before doing my MBA at the University of Pittsburgh. After returning to Germany, I started my new journey in Procurement, sourcing intermediates and additives for our production plants.
