Working as a member of the internal project team on the design, development and implementation a new Financial Crime Case Management solution in Salesforce; which supports the various teams, roles and processes involved in FCCM; including integrations to multiple source systems providing the originating case information, together with supporting alerts and alert related data; and an outbound feed to a corporate data warehouse, for MI and compliance purposes.Primary responsibility is the planning and management of the data migration and integration aspects for the FCCM MVP solution, covering both inbound and outbound data flows. Integration is done via Ab Initio, development for which is supported by a separate team within the overall project.Also responsible for: supporting the lead solution architect on the project, and coordination between the business analysts, technical development teams, testing resources and project manager for all aspects pertaining to the data flows; data analysis and creation of the detailed data profiling, mapping and translation workbooks that form part of the business requirements; and the provision of test data for functional, SIT and UAT test phases of the application itself, and the migration and integration data flow processes.
