ABOUT TIM EAGLE

I am a board level executive with 30+ years’ experience in Financial Services technology, with a proven track record in developing and growing enduring strategic relationships with large financial institutions. I specialize in global account and relationship management, building high-performing global teams across complex, multinational organizations with revenues of $300m-$400m per annum. I authentically lead with integrity, self-awareness, and transparency, staying true to my values while empowering others to do their best work.My expertise spans technology strategy, P&L and commercial management, customer relationship leadership and translating organizational complexity into streamlined, profitable operations. I have consistently exceeded revenue and profit targets whilst managing strategic relationships. I led one of the largest cloud transformation engagements for IBM with a contract value of $1.7bn, migrating 650 production applications onto the cloud. I successfully led the IBM engagement to integrate two of the largest banks in the UK, following their merger. Currently Managing Director for IBM UK\'s largest banking relationship globally, responsible for relationship and P&L across 60 countries. I am known for instilling customer-first, inclusive cultures that drive measurable improvements in satisfaction and engagement. As an IBM UK Board Director since July 2014, I have direct experience with corporate governance, strategic planning, acquisitions, diversity & inclusion and compliance. I am interested in exploring Non-Executive Director (NED) roles and executive leadership opportunities in technology, strategic relationship management, transformation, innovation, and institutional leadership roles—particularly with financial and regulatory organisations.
