Report directly to the SVP of Loan Operations & LDCC; oversee the Commercial, AG and Business Banking Loan Pre-Close and Post Close Loan Documentation review team and Letter of Credit portfolio, with a staff of 11 direct reports. • Member of the nCino Center of Excellence team. A group of business representatives that work on the optimizations in nCino. Using Azure to turn both back logged and new open support cases in to well defined and prioritized user stories. Participating in Sprints to discover, define, configure, educate and roll out nCino enhancements. • Part of multi departmental team that designed, tested, implemented and trained users on the new Commercial Loan Origination System (Salesforce/nCino). With a goal of streamline customer and employee interaction into a single bank operating system. Helping to turn a manual process into one that increased efficiency, transparency, profitability and regulatory compliance across the Commercial Lending workflow. • September 2020 - Promoted to Assistant Vice President • Rolled out the new Pre-Close review process for all attorney prepared commercial loans to all regions. This created a better customer experience, by making sure all loan documents were correct before closing. • Successfully created and trained both inter departmental and others, a new process to prereview over Small Business Association Payroll Protection Plan Loans. Including for round 2 implementing, testing, learning and training on a new system.
