Baylor Scott & White is a 143-bed acute care hospital, Level 2 Trauma Center, with annual ED visits. Organize and provide goal-directed patient care in the emergency setting. Reports to the ED director, hospital CMO, and the IES C-suites. • Led the ED clinical team during an auditory site visit by the Joint Commission, which resulted in the hospital receiving Level 1 stroke certification. • Within the site, achieved top 1/3 ranking in RVU generation per patient, top 10% in patients per hour, and third highest patient satisfaction scores – and led site in yielding the lowest 72-hour return visit rate.
