As Executive Director, I have the privilege to lead an effort to share unique business education with vulnerable populations around the country. Over eight years, our team has supported the continuation of an idea: what if business schools mobilized to provide entrepreneurship and business education in local prisons? To date, our programs have graduated over 700 incarcerated students with the help of hundreds of volunteer MBA instructors from Darden and Columbia Business Schools.
