Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment and placement for all verticals in IT- Understanding the client requirements thoroughly then screening and short listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements-Sourcing candidates through different channels of recruitments, like internal database, posting ads, mass mailing, taking references- Designing & Posting of Ads on the job portals & updating & maintaining candidate skill profile and proficiency database (Database Management)-ATS & Data Integrity: Manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system and sourcing tools, ensuring accuracy and global compliance-Worked with local and national technical consultants to identify the contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the areas of IT, Business Applications, and Telecommunications-Sourcing candidates to find qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, also review resumes and applications to determine if a candidate meets the basic requirements for a job-Screening candidates via phone with the candidates to determine if they have the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications for a job-Coordinating interviews with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure that all parties are prepared and informed about the process- Closed positions through consistent daily submissions and placed candidates- Expertise with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms- Expertise with Boolean Searches.
