As Head of Global Workplace-design strategy for Abletons’s hybrid workplace experience and real estate efforts globally, implement and evolve it over time-oversee global portfolio of office real estate, including space expansion and planning -ensure a great global hybrid workplace experience, including tools, benefits, services, events, office design and operations-lead, develop and support a team of Workplace domain leaders to ensure smooth delivery of workplace offerings -act as collaborator, mentor and consultant for workspace managers and coordinators in London, Barcelona, Tokyo, PasadenaIn addition, I’m wearing the hat of Strategic Planner in the People and Workplace domain unit-oversee unit strategic and tactical (quarterly) planning processes including roles, rituals and artifacts-ensure strategic and tactical planning activities across teams, units, project teams align to strategic objectives-facilitate strategic and quarterly planning rituals within the unit leadership team -provide support and clarify questions for unit members around planning processes in our unit and the Commerce division -ensure unit planning artifacts and documentation are up to date and meet user requirements

I believe that true joy comes from helping others thrive and creating things that really matter.Right now, I’m lucky enough to do that in a few different ways.As Head of Global Workplace at Ableton, I collaborate with C-level executives and leaders, teams from areas like Workplace, People, IT to create inviting, functional workspaces. I also introduce offerings that improve the remote and hybrid work experience, making it smoother and more engaging for all Abletons, wherever they’re based. Plus, I contribute to community initiatives that strengthen connections and help keep our work environment positive and supportive.As a Co-Active trained coach, I work with curious and bold individuals to help them tap into their inner wisdom, make meaning of their experiences, and grow into their full potential. I\'m also trained in ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching), and coach groups, teams, and pairs, bringing a systems lens to support how they relate, work together, and grow the \"we\"-space they\'re part of.What gets me out of bed every morning is helping people show up as their true selves, pursue what really matters to them, and shaping a work environment that’s fun, safe, and engaging.Colleagues describe me as passionate, supportive, and a fun collaborator. My clients value my adaptability, curiosity, and the clarity and energy they gain from our sessions.When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me cuddling my dogs, gardening, propagating plants, or eating my way around the world.
