ABOUT ASHOK MOHAN

Leadership can feel heavy at times, especially when you are navigating hard conversations, charged moments, or responsibilities you cannot easily share. Many leaders in tech tell me they feel overwhelmed, unsure, or alone in what they are carrying. This is often because they grew from strong individual contributors into leadership roles without much support in the human side of the work.Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in software engineering and technology leadership. That experience helps me understand the pace, pressure, and people dynamics that shape these roles, whether you work in engineering, product, design, marketing, finance, or other parts of a tech organisation. People often describe our work as calm and grounding, a space where they can slow down and think with clarity.I support leaders who want an honest and calm space to reflect, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and meet difficult situations with more clarity and confidence.
