Leading the development and delivery of Stream for Samaritans, through writing new strategies and procedures so we can improve and grow our presence and impact in online communities around all types of content creators. Key Responsibilities & Achievements :Managing and growing the Stream for Samaritans program, working with content creators, brands and platforms to raise awareness and create income opportunities.Developing strategies and policies that are guided by supporter insight and innovation to ensure the long term success of this area of fundraising.Build and deliver new supporter journeys and ways of working which engage creators and their communities while helping to raise retention and average gifts.Working with other teams to innovate and develop improved systems to help us monitor impact and reduce barriers to involving creators in other areas of fundraising.
