Before the time at Adecco, Thomas helped founding various companies, was member of the Executive Committee of Swisscom and worked as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group.Immediately after his studies, he worked as a general surgeon.He currently is member of the board of directors of various smaller companies, is Chairman of SwissICT and Vice-Chairman of ICTSwitzerland.
