Assess the costs and benefits of service expansion and other capital projects including bus depots, bus exchanges and rail stations to select new initiatives to undertake Overseeing all scheduling, transit planning, contracted services, fleet assignment, transportation engineering, asset management practices, and communications. Preventing and managing potential disruptions and delays arising from planned and unforeseen events such as the start-up of new services Introducing novel performance management tools such as the first enterprise self-serve performance reporting system and insightful dashboards that track key operating, efficiency and financial metrics in near real-timeOver the last 10 years, I’m proud to have stewarded a world-renowned team in the delivery of these services for the British Columbia population. Some highlights we have achieved together:ROI of 154% post the implementation of new performance management tool for fleet assets.Bus Services planning lead for the 2010 Summer Olympics, which ultimately culminated in a Gold Medal from the BC Premier and international media accolades, who described the bus service during the Games as “scarily efficient”.
