prise en charge de l\'offre et de la direction artistique de l\'Homme (+150 marques)\\\\n- définition et mise en place des stratégies d\'achats et de soldes\\\\n- sélection et achat de collections\\\\n- négociation d\'accords commerciaux\\\\n- analyse des performances des marques (achats, ventes, stocks, budgets et rentabilité)\\\\n- création et amélioration des outils de suivis (refonte intégrale des tableaux de budget en accord avec la stratégie)\\\\n- création du lookbook (choix des thèmes, créations des tenues, bon déroulé du shooting)\\\\n- aide à la mise en place de la stratégie marketing (thèmes des newsletters, mises en avant instagram, mise en relation pour l\'organisation d\'opérations et d\'évènements en partenariat avec les marques)\\\\n-formation et gestion des équipes\\\\n- support aux marques\\\\n\\\\n/\\\\n\\\\n- heading the menswear department and defining the artistic direction (+150 brands)\\\\n- defining and implementing the buying strategies\\\\n- selecting and buying collections\\\\n- negociating business deals\\\\n- analysing KPIs (buy-in, sell-outs, stocks, budgets and profitability)\\\\n- creating and developping monitoring tools (redesign of the budget tables according to the strategies)\\\\n- creating the lookbooks (definition of the themes, creation of the silhouettes, good execution on the set)\\\\n- supporting the marketing strategy (themes of the newsletters, instagram pushes, connections to organize operations and events with brands)\\\\n- teaching and managing the team\\\\n- supporting brands\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
