While at Volkert, Inc, I have completed NEPA documentation for transportation projects, traffic noise analysis, air quality analysis, environmental justice, Section 4(f), Section 106 (historic resources), Section 7 (protected species), Section 404 (waters of the US and wetlands), Ecology Resource Survey Reports, Public Involvement, Phase 1 ESAs, and feasibility studies. I have experience performing environmental analyses and technical reports in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, Tennessee, Texas, Illinois, and Georgia. In addition, I am proficient at ESRI ArcGIS, Microstation, FHWA TNM 2.5, MOVES 2014, Cal3QHC, and Microsoft Office Products.
