Seasoned team and project leader with significant technical expertise, I have been leading teams to success for over 12 years on high value products in both the aerospace and wind industry. I have developed a strong knowledge of the value stream from the initial design to the serial production and aftermarket business and the ways to optimize products and organizations to enhance profitability. After several demanding roles in the aerospace industry I decided to take on a new challenge in the growing offshore wind business and follow my taste for innovation and technical challenges.
