Schedule both production and packaging employees. Maintain/improve product quality. Assist & coordinate with all corporate R&D projects. Produce hamburger buns, hotdog buns, table breads & rolls, French breads, Vienna and open top sliced breads. Extensive knowledge of Mecatherm, Gemini, AMF, Lematic, Delta, Bosch and various other equipment and baking processes. Aquired certification of Six Sigma Green Belt through Depaul University Chicago. Charged with overseeing all continuous improvement projects, developed and monitored the training program and training curriculum for new hires.
