Transport Manager at our Copart East Kilbride depot, ensuring o-licence compliance and running our depot efficiently. Experience in procurement, Capex, vehicle and driver compliance, operations management, disposal of assets, workshop management, Previous Pound/Transport Manager at NSL DVLA Edinburgh, responsible for the daily operations of the depot and ensuring that we are compliant with our O-licence. Previously worked for Certas Energy where I was involved in the procurement side dealing with vehicle tenders for anything from a 4x4 to an ADR spec fuel tanker. I Passed my Level 3 Certificate of Professional Competence for Transport Managers in February 2019. I was involved in the Capex process and collate all relevant invoices as well as checking costings are correct. I met all major vehicle manufacturers and set up terms with them for our company car scheme.I was also involved with the disposal of assets. I previously dealt with the maintenance side, arranging MOT/ADR\'s, ensuring vehicles were fully compliant with o-licence requirements.Prior to working with Certas I worked within the motor trade, I started as an apprentice vehicle technician before becoming fully qualified, then have had various roles including warranty administrator and service advisor, I worked for dealerships including MG Rover, Ford, Volkswagen and Jaguar Land Rover.
