Leading the fast-paced event management and event sponsorships, responsible for attracting and retaining all our stakeholders at Copart and our associated brands.My role is crucial in creating a positive impression of Copart among teammates, customers, prospects, and audiences through events and hospitality.Project managing a variety of events, including B2B conferences (Insurance & Automotive), internal leadership conferences, head office parties, external parties/networking events, internal automotive sales and awards conferences, board-level meetings, roundtables, exhibition stands, private dining, golf days and hospitality. I work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team to deliver organisational objectives and ROI.• Managing and executing all Copart-hosted events (including our flagship high-end event ‘The Advisory Board’).• Organising Copart\'s attendance at external events.• Managing and executing internal employee events for our Teammates.• Managing attendee databases (internal/external) invite lists and delegate schedules.• Manage related event budgets including managing/negotiating with third-party suppliers inc. venues, designers, AV companies and collateral production houses.• Actively manage the end-to-end ‘event calendar’ to ensure attendance at all nominated events using Monday.com and Office 365.• Implement guest satisfaction measures to ensure we continuously improve our events, ensuring ROI.• Measuring company-wide events and hospitality programmes.• Managing branded merchandise orders for events.• Collaborating with marketing and the wider business to identify keynote speakers, sponsorship, and attendance opportunities that support our marketing plans.• Project manage all design work required for our events, such as invites, agendas and presentations.• Integrating the company vision, values, and tone of voice into all communications at events.• A keen passion for sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint at events
