Most ops-heavy B2B companies scale on heroic effort: spreadsheets, email, Slack and a few key people who “just know how things work”. It creates growth, but also chaos and fragility.I do one thing repeatedly: go into that chaos, understand the reality with the people on the floor and in leadership, and then turn it into a no-code powered operating system – portals, internal tools and workflows that actually move revenue and efficiency and survive org politics and legacy constraints.I’m not a “growth-hack” guy and I’m not a pure theorist. I’m a founder-operator with a strong understanding of how organizations really work. I like to treat complex businesses as labs: map the system, run disciplined experiments and then codify what works into no-code systems and operating principles that smart people are willing to use.Random Facts- I read a lot, around 50 books a year, but for every book I read, I end up buying two new ones- In basketball, I often find myself playing the \"big\" positions, even though I\'m \"only\" 189 cm tall- After delivering keynotes and presentations to an audience, I\'m in an even better mood than usual for three days- I made YouTube videos to practice expressing myself more clearly- I started a podcast to meet interesting people- My best life hack: Add all the books you\'d like to read someday to your Amazon Kindle wishlist. Check the list every few days and sort it by price, from low to high. This way, you can often find bestsellers for the price of a pretzel.
