Over six years at IBM, I contributed to the development and deployment of SaaS and on-premise solutions, with a focus on Big Data and AI. I progressively expanded my role from developer to senior engineer, taking on responsibilities in team facilitation, security, mentoring, and leading technical initiatives. Contributed to the development of Business Automation Insights (BAI) and Automation Digital Worker (ADW), two strategic IBM solutions in data processing and automation. Implemented CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Travis, ArgoCD) and Infrastructure-as-Code architectures, improving deployment speed and reliability. Developed backend APIs (Java, Node.js) and big data features for stream processing (Flink). Designed and maintained Kubernetes / OpenShift Operators, enabling installation and scalability of IBM solutions. Automated testing and improved software quality using CI frameworks and Bash/Ansible scripting. Acted as Product Security Focal: authored certification documentation, analyzed data flows, and ensured compliance with IBM security standards. Served as Scrum Master: facilitated agile ceremonies, tracked sprint progress, and drove continuous improvement in team performance. Mentored junior developers in France and India through training, task supervision, and knowledge transfer.
