ABOUT ROSS PALMER

Two of my clients have gone public. One won the 2025 TechCrunch Startup Battlefield after we rebranded them. Another raised $23M. Others have done hundreds of millions in revenue. None of that happened because their technology fundamentally changed. It happened because people could finally understand it. That\'s where I come in. I believe the hardest problem in deep tech and healthtech isn\'t the engineering. It\'s that the people who control capital, press, and markets can\'t tell what it is they\'re looking at. Brilliant companies don\'t lose to better-funded competitors. They lose to better-understood ones. I close that gap. I\'ve called it \"branding” for a decade; what it actually is, is the difference between funded and forgotten. I run Aloa® Agency, where we\'ve spent ten years making complex, mission-driven companies impossible to misunderstand. Our work shines when the stakes are highest: a raise, a launch, a defense pipeline, or an IPO. One client, a pre-revenue deeptech company building sovereign road-to-rail mobility for commercial and defense customers, described me as someone who \"thinks like a strategist, executes like an operator, and cares like a founder.\" I’ve always loved technology. I started coding at 13, I\'ve built 20+ AI applications myself, and I\'ve interviewed 200+ founders on the Future Optimist podcast. I know precisely where smart teams get stuck. It\'s never the tool. It\'s always the translation.I take on a deliberately small number of clients, weighted toward deep-tech and healthtech companies at the moment legibility decides everything: a raise, a launch, a market they have to win. If that\'s you, let\'s talk.
