Monitor financial markets (yield curve, bond spreads, new products, etc.). Structure, analyze and execute on securitizations, warehouse facilities and other funding outlets to facilitate company\'s rapid growth. Manage the relationships with company\'s many funding and deal partners including investment banks, investors, lawyers, and auditors. Analyze financial risk exposures and develop/execute hedging strategies. Manage revolving credit facility and maintain banking relationships. Prepare cash forecast and interest expense forecast. Ensure debt covenant and external reporting compliance. Manage a team of analysts.
