ABOUT THEO ZITTEL
I believe in the power of community-driven change and our collective responsibility to create lasting social impact. Growing up in an increasingly interconnected world, I’ve learned that intercultural communication is not just a skill, but it is essential for meaningful collaboration across sectors and societies. I am pursuing a joint Master of Public Administration in Social Change and a Master of International Policy and Development, focusing on equipping communities with the tools and systems they need to thrive. My research interests include Latin American politics, EU and European policy, human rights and migration policy, diversity, gender equity, and queer rights in social cohesion. Whether working with NGOs, governments, or community organizations, I aim to develop inclusive and sustainable solutions that address complex challenges in public administration, conflict transformation, and community welfare. By bridging cultures and disciplines, I strive to create strategies that drive systemic change and promote social equity. At my core, I am committed to lifelong learning and actionable impact, building partnerships that turn ideas into tangible progress.
