My work primarily focuses on ensuring quality implementation of programs at the grassroots level through extensive field engagement, coordination with government departments, and close collaboration with frontline workers.A major part of my role involves supporting communities in accessing health and ICDS resources effectively. By working closely with Anganwadi Centers, health facilities, and local stakeholders, I contribute to building awareness, improving service uptake, and fostering community participation. I also provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to frontline workers to enhance service delivery, ensuring that interventions are sustainable and impactful.In addition, I play an active role in program monitoring and reporting, contributing to evidence-based decision-making. This includes documenting field progress, identifying challenges, and supporting corrective actions to improve program outcomes. I regularly engage with district and block-level officials to strengthen convergence between health and ICDS systems for better results.This position has allowed me to gain hands-on experience in program management, community outreach, and health system strengthening. It has also deepened my commitment to advancing public health outcomes by ensuring that the most vulnerable populations, especially women and children, have equitable access to quality care and nutrition services.
