LetsReg operates in Norway and have a subsidiary in UK, Participant.co.uk.As the Sales and Marketing director, I am responsible for growth across all markets and products in Norway and UK.My tasks include:* Leading a diverse team encompassing sales, marketing, customer success management, and customer service. I hold both personnel and performance accountabilities for the entire team.* Crafting and executing comprehensive market strategies, encompassing segmentation, strategic. positioning, and the cultivation of competitive advantages.* Overseeing the alignment of our technological development with market needs and strategic objectives as well as planning bi-weekly sprints.* Driving conversion growth opmitization projects related to improvement to the user journey.* Elevating our marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen our market presence.* Identifying, developing and nurturing strategic partnerships.* Managing sales processes, development projects and overseeing key account management for large clients.* Contributing to M & As and leveraging synergies.* Undertaking HR responsibilities and actively fostering our organisational culture.
