As a Logistics Supervisor operating under Foss National Leasing at Amazon’s Last Mile Rental (LMR) Field Support, I manage the day-to-day coordination of Amazon delivery vans to ensure operational efficiency in last-mile logistics. My responsibilities encompass both field and administrative tasks, including: • Overseeing the end-to-end vehicle leasing process for Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) teams, including documentation, key handoffs, and system updates. • Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure all leased vehicles meet Amazon’s operational and safety standards. • Coordinating maintenance scheduling and addressing vehicle-related concerns reported by DSP drivers. • Maintaining real-time inventory tracking of leased fleet units and managing asset availability. • Supporting on-site logistics operations with desk-based responsibilities such as reporting, updating leasing records, handling support tickets, and communication with Amazon and Foss teams. • Acting as a point of contact for DSP teams during shifts where LMR desk coverage is critical, ensuring smooth coordination between field teams and leasing operations.This role has enhanced my skills in fleet operations, logistics coordination, vehicle compliance, and customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
