Preparation of PM schedule and ensuring adherence to PM activities• Preparation of CBM schedule and ensuring adherence as per schedule• Co-ordinate for the equipment calibration as per schedule• Identify suppliers for procurement of critical spares, and services and follow-up for procurement• Monitoring of MTTR, MTBF, Maintainability, and reliability of machines and improvement by continuous improvement and reconditioning projects• Develop recommendations for the system-level program, policy, or procedural changes and present the ideas to management for continuous improvement• History card updating for machines and analysis for Major breakdowns• Commissioning of new machines and development of a Daily Management Sheet (DMS) sheet based on QCPC and maintenance checkpoints• Schedule preparation, adherence, and verification of Thermographs for process plants• Calculating and monitoring of Overall equipment effectiveness(OEE) of critical equipment• Experienced in Motoman, ABB Robots Operation, and Teaching & Troubleshooting.• Responsible for Maintenance of Manual Spot Welding and SPM, Seam Welding, Hydraulic Presses, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Compressor & Chiller, VRC, Hydraulic Dock Lift & Scissor Lift.• Experienced in Tracking Equipment downtime & Taking Corrective Action to reduce it.• Responsible for Receiving frequent breakdowns & taking permanent corrective action for that.• Experienced PLC Trouble Shooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta).• Having good troubleshooting knowledge in Robotic and Manual Mig Welding Machines (ABB & Fronius).• Having knowledge of VFD drives and encoders.• HMI programming knowledge in Siemens, Mitsubishi.• Coordination with the client technicians and laborers.• Implementing Kaizens and poke yoke activity to improve the foolproof and improve efficiency of the machines. • Troubleshooting of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Press Circuits.• Maintenance of Jig and Fixtures.• Robot Welding -Robot, Power source, Maintenance, and troubleshooting.• MIG and SPM Welding - Power source, Wire feeder, Control Transformer.• Leak Testing M/c’s Maintenance and Troubleshooting. • Effective handling of Maintenance & Safety audit (Monthly Once) and taking counter actions for all the audit findings
