Responsible for accounts receivable end to end collection accounting of postpaid & prepaid• Analyse SAC and ensure Provision Vs Actual by line is reviewed before month close.• Yearly Budgeting and monthly Rolling Forecast of Revenue and Cost on the basis of Corporate Guidance, current business trends and inputs from User Department to Planning and Regional team• Ensure timely and accurate month end closure and ensure period end compliance with respect to corporate guidelines• Drive the team for timely and accurate data reporting to Internal and External stakeholder (i.e. Statutory Audit/Internal Audit/ Cost Audit/ Corporate reporting etc).• Responsible for ICFR compliance under Companies Act for the Profit Centre• Responsible for maintaining Balance Sheet Reconciliation for all GLs• Review Bank Reconciliations to ensure there are no transactions pending to be accounted.• Revenue Analysis & Enhancement by proper forecast of weekly Revenue projection for BRM basis actuals trends, and give an overall insight of Revenue before closing the books.• Enable/deliver the circle DB targets by increased business engagement and Strategic Planning & Analysis• Ensure timely closure of HFM/Hyperion every month by giving Circle inputs on time and updation of Monthly deck after closing with all KPIs.• Timely submission of monthly Corporate Reports – SAC, Recharge Commissions Template, etc.• Develop and drive Circle initiatives to achieve the DB cost. Optimise SAC cost by improving channel Productivity, have detailed analysis of S&D and Manpower Cost and opportunities to reduce the cost after detailed discussion with stake holders and achieve the DB Targets.• Ensure Revenue, Cost and Control Accounts are reconciled and reviewed.• Ensure that all entries pertaining to scheme related expenses, logistics & branch expenses are posted prior to monthly closing of accounts.
