As an Operations Manager at Metricon, I lead a dedicated team of pre-site managers, guiding customers through the pre-construction phase. My mission is to ensure our customers needs and expectations are met, from sales acceptance to site commencement. Collaborating closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including sales consultants, design consultants, contract administrators, engineers, surveyors, and local authorities, to facilitate timely and accurate documentation, approvals, and variations. I am passionate about process improvement and training, actively enhancing our operational efficiency to achieve continuous improvement and excellence.
