FMCG Senior Marketeer with over 9 years of experience in strategic brand planning and execution across the full marketing mix: brand, digital, social & shopper. I\'m passionate about building and growing consumer brands and leading high-performing teams. Currently Brand & Marketing Manager at DCS Group, leading the brand and design teams responsible for DCS’s personal care/cosmetics portfolio of owned & licensed brands: Peppa Pig, Crayola, Enliven & Afina. As Lead Brand Manager at SHS Group, I oversaw a diverse food brands portfolio, including Meridian Nut-Butters, Crucials Sauces, and licensed brands like Jamie Oliver and Angus & Oink. In this role, I led a high performing team of two direct reports. At Danone, I specialised in creating consumer-centric marketing strategies and spearheading digital and social community experience initiatives for multiple Danone brands such as Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Evian and GetPro. As a Marketing Project Manager, I developed the digital marketing strategy for patient engagement. I guided a 26-person agency team as Community Manager for direct social media consumer communication, and as Digital Consumer Experience Manager, I drove owned media strategy and technical execution.
