ABOUT TERRY AHUJA
My first day as a waiter in a specialty restaurant. At the next table I saw a customer yelling at a hapless fellow waiter. My heart went out to him. Till of course I saw the waiter spit in the fresh bowl of crab soup on his way back from the kitchen! That day, 39 years ago I gained some insights. One, it’s important to know who you are dealing with- whether it’s your customer or your vendor, two, content is king (pun intended), and three - There’s always another way. I’ve used these insights to address any challenge in almost every assignment – as a brand custodian, advertiser, researcher, business developer, experiential marketing, and lately as a capacity builder of SDGs. I look forward to assignments to address marketing and communication challenges for brand building and SDG implementation through behavioral insights.
