Terri is a growth marketing advisor, with deep commercial expertise picked up from running companies from jumbo to start-up size. She combines strategic growth leadership with an integrated marketing, sales and customer approach which deliver strong results. Laser-focused on the customer, Terri has an impressive track record of successfully growing complex B2B business in the UK and globally. Terri is the FFounder of Moveo Associates (providing marketing advisory and interim/fractional CMO services). She is a non executive director and chair of remuneration committee for Smith Institute and proud ambassador for Women on Boards UK. Previously, Terri\'s executive career was as a Partner/UK Growth Leader for the Mercer UK Group and member of the UK leadership team. She was a Partner and Clients and Markets Director at Hymans Robertson and ran her first P&L for Aon Consulting, as the Principal leading the communications practice Aon Live Wire. Cross sector experience in financial and professional services; fintech and technology markets; employee benefits and insurance; food processing, agriculture and marketing services. Terri was a founder member of women\'s group Aspire Bristol, mentored 200 women in one day for Aspire Trailblazing Women, sat on Mercer\'s Diversity and Inclusion Council, and has chaired various executive and management committees. She mentored entrepreneurs for The Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. She is a mentor, blogger and public speaker.
