Executive administrator in the Alabama Community College System responsible for supporting the fiscal and programmatic administration of federal and state funding related to the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act; Promote, develop, and oversee statewide adult education and GED testing programs; Address business and industry needs for the incumbent and emerging workforce; Evaluate and design career pathway programs that lead to stackable, industry recognized credentials and lead to employment in high demand, high wage jobs; Foster community relationships; Provide technical assistance and administer programs designed to improve the quality of teaching and the overall success of career training, Adult Education and GED testing programs; Work directly with sub recipient award programs based in the Southern Region of the state to expand programs, offerings, enrollment, and completions consistent to the mission of the Alabama Community College System.
