Key responsibilities• Building the Pre-sales GenAI Prompt library as part of the GPS AI community. Identified over 20 use case for GenAI-enabled efficiencies in the bid process.• Lead the design, development, and delivery of government and commercial proposal engagements across multiple company business verticals (RFx and demand creation) ensuring complete compliance with customer requirements• Collaborate with Sales to develop win themes, cover letters, and executive summaries that best communicate competitive distinguishers and solution benefits• Facilitate all aspects of project management for assigned proposal efforts including initial RFx review/analysis, template creation, storyboards task assignment, status calls, scheduling, input review/consolidation, delivery, etc.• Craft responses to various RFx sections utilizing existing narratives, customizing existing narratives, and creating new content. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure responses are acceptable with all relevant stakeholders• Prepare supporting documentation such as case studies, forms, marketing graphics, etc.• Participate in proposal reviews and recommend/incorporate changes and improvements to proposals per Shipley and APMP standards• Training and mentoring junior team members• Update the content repository with any new or relevant content• Remain current with company solutions, products, and messaging to ensure Fujitsu’s Technology and Services Vision is clearly communicated and understood in client-facing materials.Scope of Experience• Key business sectors: Public Sector, Telecom, Retail, Energy & Utilities, Hospitality, etc.• Key Products/Services: Multicloud Services (Oracle, SAP, Azure), End User Services and Service Desk (ServiceNow, TfSNow), Enterprise Cyber Security: SOC, Firewalls and Vulnerability Management, Blockchain and Digital Ledger etc.• Average Total RFP value worked on: USD 15 million.
