Refresco UK is the country’s leading contract packer and drinks manufacturer, supplying major retailers and brands with juices, soft drinks, mineral waters, and more from six sites across the UK. Most of the company\'s 1,600 employees work in manufacturing and production.As the lead for change communications on the Aspire+ Programme (SAP S/4HANA) rollout, I help colleagues and partners understand and adapt to new ways of working. Key responsibilities:• Manage all communications for the Aspire+ change programme, from planning through to delivery.• Commission designers and manage the communications budget, ensuring materials are produced on time and to a high standard.• Work closely with the Head of Communications, HR teams, and site managers.• Develop and send clear, targeted updates for staff, customers, and suppliers.• Adjust messages as needed for different groups, from leadership to production teams.• Create practical guides, resources, and campaign materials.• Organise and deliver communication campaigns and events.• Run surveys, gather feedback, and analyse results to improve future communications.• Track and report on the impact of communications, making improvements as needed.• Raise any issues or risks to the project leadership team.• Act as a point of contact at the Bridgwater factory, supporting engagement and feedback on site.
