The first 15 course LMS or e-based training program for the RTO Wheel and Tire Industry. Created and instruct RACFI Academy a one week Instructor lead Management Training program, that developed in 2001 for ColorTyme, RimTyme and RAC Franchise stores, held in Plano, Texas 4 times annually. Working with RimTyme has helped develop a well rounded skill set in working with the three Franchise businesses for RACFI; ColorTyme, Rent-A-Center and RimTyme franchise locations.
