Monitor the smooth and timely flow of production, ensuring that a high-quality product is consistently delivered tocustomers- Maintain a high level of plant, machine, and personnel safety by adhering to GMP and SOP guidelines. Conductregular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed- Manage, train, and develop a productive, efficient, and competent Molding Production Team. Foster ateam-basedenvironment that promotes continuous improvement and high performance- Collaborate with the Quality department to identify and eliminate quality problems. Ensure all products meet orexceed customer specifications and internal standards- Lead and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen events.Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste- Complete shift reports, downtime reports, and scrap and efficiency data. Enter reports into the ERP System andanalyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Communicate with previous and oncoming Shift Supervisors to discuss any open issues and ensure smooth shift transitions. Coordinate with other departments to align production schedules and priorities- Conduct performance reviews and develop employee growth plans. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and career development- Address and resolve any conflicts in the workplace promptly and effectively. Maintain a positive and productive workenvironment- Ensure compliance with health and safety practices and processes- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce cycle times. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across the team- Ensure that customer requirements are met by maintaining high standards of product quality and delivery timelines- Collaborated with management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency in the production area.
