Developed a teacher training program, including conducting needs assessment, building MEL (Monitoring, Evaluating, Learning) plan, activity plan, and budgeting projections- Raised over USD for activities in 2022 (about USD) and 2023 (about USD)- Organized 16 free English classes for over 200 underprivileged children living in Ho Chi Minh city, in collaboration with Tan Phu Women Union (20••••18), Phu Nhuan Community Education Center (20••••19) and Friends For Street Children organization (2018 - present)- Developed curriculum, training materials, conducted 50+ workshops for over 600 youth participants on various topics, including career orientation, soft skills development, social innovation, social entrepreneurship and prominent global issues such as climate change, gender equality, cultural diversity, and so on- Led and mentored the team of 10-15 volunteers to design, plan and deliver E.C.H.O. activities (English classes, workshops, the Science Fair, etc.)- Planned and organized an exchange program to Malaysia, in collaboration with a social enterprise in 2018.
