Partners with the Employment and Classification Services team -Collect recruitment data from recruitment services to analyze impact and efficiency of strategies-Post openings on LinkedIn and source candidates to execute recruitment plans-Aids candidates throughout the application process via email, LinkedIn, video or phone calls-Support senior managers in hiring needs from easy to difficult to fill recruitments-Analyze recruitment data to make recommendations to hiring managers while considering variables such as applicable job market data, typical candidate pools, desirable qualifications, etc-Led consultations with hiring managers to present strategies and discuss pain points of previous recruitments, if applicable-Serve as back up to counterpart during absences -Responsible for researching and registering for career fair events/job talks to engage with candidates and represent the CCA brand-Make recommendations on which career events to attend with DEI as a leading principle -Responsible for completing special projects that contribute towards the department\'s Strategic Initiatives -Manage and audit content published externally on the Career Events page of the HBEX website-Led different presentations for internal and external crowds -Manage and audit email templates for constant contact to increase public engagement with positions on CalCareers-Created and presented a Recruitment Scorecard to track recruitment success, engagement, and areas of improvement-Partnered with Communications and division stakeholders to update CCA\'s Recruitment Brochure for print and digital access
