In short my role is to keep employees up-to-date and engaged through professional and informative communications regarding, whether it be emails, presentations, or any other promotional material- Working with stakeholders to produce informative and engaging communications via the companies communication channels. Using graphic design software to produce engaging and branded communications from corporate newsletters and digital signage to printed literature and promotional materials. Providing communications and engagement support to the business during transformation change programmes. Conduct annual communication audits and analysis.

ABOUT TAYLOR SMART
I am in my current contractor role at UK Power Networks as their Digital Marketing Specialist and Reporting Analyst for the Internal Comms and Be Bright Stay Safe campign. Our target was to get our free health and safety resources to people in 2019 and so far we have surpassed that goal three times over since I joined the team. For the last five years I have run the home decor and lifestyle blog where my creative outlet for jounlaism can escape into home trends and pretty fabrics! I am also a freelance Journalist who collaborates with companies as a blogger or indipendednt writer. I write an occasional column in Velvet Magazine which is a local Suffolk based magazine showcasing the best out county has to offer. I am the creator and owner of where I have built a community of Suffolk Bloggers to help push the county of suffolk to a wider audience while collaborating and covering press events in Suffolk.
